1. Unredeemed keys

If your key has NOT been redeemed on any PC, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Crypto payments are returned in the same currency to a wallet you provide; network fees are the buyer's.

2. Redeemed keys

A redeemed key is permanently bound to a PC and is non-refundable, unless the app fails on your machine due to a defect on our side that support cannot resolve.

3. How to request

Open a ticket on the official Discord with your account email and order id. We reply within 72 business hours.

4. Fraud

Fraudulent chargebacks/disputes and key abuse void both the refund right and the license.

1. Claves sin canjear

Si tu clave NO fue canjeada en ninguna PC, podés pedir un reembolso dentro de los 14 días de la compra. Los pagos en cripto se devuelven en la misma moneda a la wallet que indiques; las comisiones de red corren por cuenta del comprador.

2. Claves canjeadas

Una clave canjeada quedó atada permanentemente a una PC y no es reembolsable, salvo que la app no funcione en tu equipo por un defecto nuestro que no podamos resolver con soporte.

3. Cómo pedirlo

Abrí un ticket en el Discord oficial con tu email de cuenta y el id de orden. Respondemos dentro de 72 horas hábiles.

4. Fraude

Los contracargos o disputas fraudulentas y el abuso de claves anulan el derecho a reembolso y la licencia.
